Set up Appointments Before HBA!
How to set up appointments in MYS
To ensure you have the most success at HBA, please set up your company on Map Your Show and begin receiving leads TODAY. Attendees of HBA Expo 2013 may be trying to share their contact information with you and add your company to their My Show personal agenda. You will be notified when an attendee has added you to their My Show and you may also check your account by logging in at anytime.
To allow attendees to add your company to their agenda and receive those leads, please follow three easy steps:
1. Please log-in at https://hba13.exh.mapyourshow.com
2. Click on "Attendee Scheduling" Under the tab labelled "Company Information"
3. Choose your appointment settings and click "Add Time Slot"
