On behalf of the entire HBA Staff and Management of International Media, a division of UBM, I would like to welcome you to the 2011 HBA Global Expo and extend my appreciation for your participation in this year's event!
For 2011 we have added a number of new services and features to benefit you, all of which are listed in your ESM (Exhibitor Service Manual). This exhibitor service manual has been designed to assist you with ordering the services you require for your participation at the show. We urge you to review the manual carefully and in its entirety. Please be sure this manual, or applicable parts of it, is given to the person(s) in your company responsible for coordinating your exhibit.
Once again, Metropolitan Exhibition Services, Inc. our primary decorating company, and the many suppliers we have contracted with for 2011, have been carefully chosen as the most qualified to serve your needs. Questions concerning any of the services found in Tabs 4 and/or 6 should be directed to the respective contractor listed at the top of each form. Any other questions pertaining to Tabs 1, 2, 3, and/or 5 should be directed to Show Management. Click here for a list of staff.
We recommend that you make copies of all of your orders, shipping documents and payments and bring them with you on-site. In order to take advantage of any advance pricing available to you as an exhibitor, please make sure to review the form in the beginning of the kit which outlines all deadlines!
