The HBA Global Expo and Conference is a proud participant of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Buyer Program (IBP).

Through the U.S. Commercial Service’s network of offices in U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide, the IBP recruits pre-screened foreign buyer delegations and brings them to selected trade shows in the United States, connecting U.S. companies with international buyers. Commercial Service trade specialists located in your local Embassy or Consulate can assist you with show registration, help you locate the products you are looking to purchase at the show, and assist in setting up meetings with you and U.S. businesses. Travelling to the show with an official International Buyer Program delegation, allows you to take advantage of the following benefits:

  • FREE attendance at the exhibit hall for three days, including the New Product Innovations Showcase by Mintel and the Trends Education Theatre and other show floor activities;

 
  • FREE attendance to International focused sessions PLUS 25% discount off the cost of any additional conference sessions in the HBA Conference Program ;
  • Access to the International Business Center (IBC), which provides business services including appointment assistance and a lounge;
  • FREE attendance to the Keynote Address and 4th Annual Positively Beautiful Award on Tuesday morning in the Special Events Hall;
  • FREE attendance to the HBA Industry Awards in the Special Events Hall on Tuesday afternoon.
