How To Enter the HBA IPDA Awards
HBA IPDA has created a secure online entry form to make the submission process easier. It allows you to enter multiple nominations, edit and save content, and upload a photo in these easy steps:
Entries should ideally be submitted using the simple online entry process.
Register for a new account* by entering your contact email address, username and password. A validation email will be sent to your inbox about your login informaiton. Validate your email address by re-entering the portal with your login and password to move to the next step.
*IMPORTANT: If you have already created an account last year, you may type in your username and password or click on the designated link to retrieve your account information.
Once you have validated your email address, review and agree to the IPDA program rules and guidelines.
Complete your personal and company profile. Now, you can log in/out of the submission portal using your new ID and password any time without having to repeat Steps 1, 2 & 3.
After Steps 1-3, you will have access to the secure online nomination form. Complete your entry details, upload your product photo and select the category you wish to enter. (You can save your online entry and edit it as often as you need before you submit it. All entries must be marked as 'final' to submit and proceed to the judging round.) Please note: All draft entries will be considered "incomplete" and not move forward to the judging round.
After you have finalized your entry(ies), the system will prompt you select the entry (ies) and proceed to the payment portal. Or repeat Step 4, if you wish to enter another entry.
