Her career extends over 20 years where she has held senior management positions within the beauty industry; and with design and marketing consulting firms specializing in the cosmetics, retail, and fashion industries.

An industry veteran, her roles include experience for companies such as Erno Laszlo, Lancôme, Elizabeth Arden, Yves Saint Laurent Beaute and Avon; and span across category venues from skincare, personal care, color cosmetics, hair care and fragrance. Throughout her career, Jana has worked within a broad range of company environments, from Fortune 500 to start ups, easily adapting from a luxury to mass distribution focus.
