Marcus Hewitt
Marcus has over 25 years experience as a design leader, building design teams for several of the world’s leading agencies. Currently he is the Chief Creative Officer of the New York office of Dragon Rouge, one of the Worlds leadinging independent branding agencies. Prior to DR he was a partner of Sterling Brands. Marcus began his career with Pentagram in his native London, and helped establish the Michael Peters Group in London, Toronto and Los Angeles. He has lead major new design programs for clients including: Ferragamo, Burger King, Givaudan Roure, The Getty Museum, Colgate Pamolive, Alberto Culver, Pepsi, Pernod Ricard, and Unilever. He is an active member of the AIGA and a past NY board member. His work is regularly recognized in the press and has won numerous prizes. Marcus commits time and energy to non-profit groups whenever he can. He is an adjunct professor at FIT and SVA, where he shares his passion for intelligently simple design.
