Navin Geria is currently Vice President of Research and Development for the Spadermaceutical products Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the toiletries and cosmetics industry, with rich industry experience working with Lederma, Pfizer, Warner Lambert, Schick, Bristol Myers, Clairol and Westwood.

An advisory board member of many prestigious organizations, Navin Geria currently authors the “Anti-Aging & Cosmeceutical Corner” section of Rodman publication’s Happi Magazine. He is also on the editorial board of Soap Perfumery Cosmetics, a UK based trade publication.

A frequent speaker and Advisory Board member to annual conferences held by PCITX, CTFA, HBA, COZMETEX, Anti-aging Skincare Market, SPA Association of America, Global Business Research, Strategic Research Institute, Pathways to Beauty and Well Being, Navin holds 20 US patents. Most recently he was a co-speaker with Dr. Zoe Diana Draelos and Dr. Andrew Alexis, two renowned dermatologists, at a webinar sponsored by Rodman Publications Group.

He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology from Columbia University, New York.
