Norman Kay is the CEO of IBC Shell Packaging, Director of IBC Creative, and chairs the executive committee of International Business Communications, Inc.

He received his education at Boston University with a degree in Marketing and international Economics. His weblog, Sequential Overdrive, is resident on the ibcshell.com corporate site. Norman resides in Sands Point, New York and Park City, Utah with his wife Wendy and Juno their flat coated receiver. He is the inventor of Mutual Fundz The Game, designer and brewer of Blackgamin Private Reserve craft ale, and is the creative force behind IBC Shell Packaging and Product Design teams.
