Paula Scandone

Paula Scandone is the Vice President of Beauty for HauteLook, the leader in online flash sales for beauty, as well as apparel, accessories, and home. She leads the team responsible for acquiring and maintaining strong partnerships with the best brands in the beauty category. Scandone is a seasoned beauty executive, with over 20 years of experience as a buyer, planner and merchandiser. Before joining HauteLook, she most recently served as the Director of Retail for The Plaza Beauty. Prior to that, she was the Divisional Merchandising Manager for Ulta Beauty, and previously held senior positions as a buyer for Saks 5th Avenue, Belk, Hecht’s and Rich’s department stores.
