Thank you for your interest in the 2012 HBA Conference, to be held June 19-21, 2012, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.

To submit a speaker and topic for consideration, please fill out the form below. Please note that HBA is an educational conference and presentations should be aimed at educating conference delegates about important industry trends rather than promoting the business or product of the speaker. The deadline for submissions is December 16, 2011.

Speaker Agreement: Speaker agrees to be available to present his/her session during any day of the conference (June 19-21, 2012). The submitter also agrees to provide all relevant presentation materials to HBA by the stated deadlines. As a reminder, speakers are responsible for all travel and expenses related to the conference. Acceptance of your abstract does not include compensation nor will you receive reimbursement for your expenses.
