HBA SPRING CONFERENCE

HBA University SM presents its premier educational symposium, which covers two powerful aspects of the industry: “Achieving Well-Being: The New Paradigm,” and “International Prestige Package & Design”. The dual program, on March 4-5, 2008, will cover high-interest topics that address the growing consumer demand for healthy inner and outer beauty as well as brand marketers’ quest for “Beauty-in-the-Bottle”. Over the course of the two days, delegates will choose from 4 tracks on each day and hear from outstanding keynote addresses involved in technical innovation and prestige packaging. The HBA Spring Conference is designed to support and encourage education and networking for the industry’s technical, marketing and business professionals. Attendees will be able to make valuable connections and garner ideas from thought leaders, analysts, academics, suppliers and peers throughout the conference and especially during the joint cocktail reception on March 4th and during the exhibit breaks.

Achieving Well-Being: The New Paradigm
The global beauty and personal care industry is marching in concert with an aging population, and their younger offspring, who demand a healthy, outer and inner beauty to live out their lives. Worldwide, there is a shift towards safer materials based on "natural products" – this conference is designed to point to the emerging building blocks required for achieving these laudable goals.

Each day of the program begins with an overview perspective by two impressive keynote speakers. More than 40 leading companies share their expert knowledge, latest research, and insight covering natural-organics, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, green chemistry, extracts, botanicals, regulations as well as nutrition, anti-aging, ingredients, and dermatologist-generated approaches.
