Please be assured that HBA will keep proposals and ideas confidential during the submission process.

Tips for composing a successful proposal
There are several elements that are important when composing your proposal:

  • Provide a clear description of what attendees will learn. What will attendees say they got from this session (its takeaways)? What ideas will they have not previously encountered?
  • Why are you the right person to lead the session? What lessons can only you share? What insights are you uniquely qualified to explain? We're interested in your experience far more than your credentials.
  • Use real-world examples and case studies wherever possible.
  • Make sure your content is interesting, nonpartisan and product agnostic. We do not accept product related submissions. HBA is an educational conference and presentations should be aimed at educating conference delegates about important industry trends rather than promoting the business or product of the speaker. If you would like to publicize a product, please contact our sales executives for information on exhibiting and other vendor opportunities, including sponsored sessions.

Speaker Benefits
As a speaker, you will receive a complimentary registration to the Conference. Speakers will have access to all conference sessions, keynotes, panels, and special events.
