Ms. Ho is a Director at Financo, Inc., a leading investment bank focused on financial advisory services in the consumer and retail industries. Ms. Ho is responsible for advising clients on strategic opportunities as well as executing merger and acquisition, leveraged buyout and capital raising transactions. Representative Financo transactions have included the recapitalization of e.l.f. Cosmetics by TSG Consumer Partners, the sale of Laura Mercier to Alticor, the sale of Frederic Fekkai to Catterton Partners and the purchase of Stila by Sun Capital Partners.

Prior to Financo, Ms. Ho worked at Lazard Capital Markets in equity research covering retail and apparel companies and in the merchandising program at Bloomingdale’s. Ms. Ho graduated from Brown University and received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
